Hats can be returned within five days of purchase only if the hat (s) has faulty stitching, or some defects in the design. Hats must be returned with tags, original packaging, clean and free from dirt, make-up, or damage. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay return shipping fees. If there are any defects within the design, all shipping fees will be paid by our company.

Customers are welcome to exchange defective hats, for an instore exchange of a hat (s) design equal to the original purchase or a gift card of equal amount. We do not give cash refunds.
